B & I wing offers a variety of short and long courses, workshops which focus on the development of specific personal skills and qualities of the individual. These sessions are offered either as an ongoing program or in the form of individual sessions, according to the convenience of the organization. All courses and activities are offered as a voluntary service to the community, free of charge. These include:

Spot Light Your Strengths

There is always a need to set up our own standards of perfection and celebrate our own uniqueness. When this is experienced one is able to accept criticism, learn, evolve and create sustainable aims. Spotlighting your own strengths is the first step to increase self-esteem which brings about more effective and creative ways to live independently, devoid of the influence of external circumstances.

Positive Thinking

From dawn to dusk, we go through moments of despair and joy. The seed being the thought, we can make our world a heaven in just seconds or despair in another second. So, positive thinking means assuring good times. This session helps to rediscover the power of positive thinking and the ability to develop it in this changing world. This session will answer the questions on how powerful the mind is, the tools to transform our thinking and why we are not able to do so.

Leading From Heart

In this fast-paced life, there are interactions at different levels. There is a dire need for effective communication! The power to understand the undercurrents behind individuals, situations, and events makes communication confident, natural and easy.
This session gives us an insight into true leadership so that one can have a deeper understanding of situations, people, and self. Thus, one can be a role model and improve quality of life and open avenues to a beautiful life of harmonious relationships, mutual trust, love and dedication to work.

From dawn to dusk we go through bouts of enthusiasm to extreme despair. This cycle of varied moods is a result of our thoughts. In today’s uncertain times, where unexpected is expected, it seems to be entirely on the basis of personal experiences and observations that an individual learns and progresses.
